The Home Wine Making Log Book equips winemakers to keep detailed records of their wine making so that recipes can be precisely re-created or
tweaked in the future.
Each entry includes space to record:
Wine name and style; date made; batch number and size; ingredient types and amounts; additive types and amounts;
notes on preparation; yeast type; original and final gravity; alcohol by volume; notes on procedure,
fermentation and racking, bottling, color, taste, pH, and SO2 as well as miscellaneous notes.
